If she's been with him that long, it's probably jelousy. It's normal for you to talk about weddings with your friends, since they're supposed to be happy for you. It sounds like her own insecurities are making her act this way towards you. I bet you have what she wants and she probably feels like you're rubbing it in (even though you're not).
I'm sorry she's not being supportive of you and letting her insecurities get in the way of your friendship. To me, that explains why she's saying random things about your FH. Obviously, for the sake of your friendship, give it a try. Ask her what's going on. Maybe she needs a friend to talk to with whatever is bothering her.

to be honest with you...i dont think many ppl expect (or want) to hear wedding talk from a friend for over a year. she probably didnt expect you to say that you made any progress since you are an '11 bride. just give her time to let it sink in. her BM duties can start anywhere between now and 6 months b4 the wedding...so maybe ask her how involved she wants to be in the meanwhile....
as for her acting weird with her bf...they may be having issues...maybe she also wants to be engaged....who knows....
i know its hard, but try not to take it super personal...and try to be there in case she wants to talk to you about stuff too....
