Did you order the BM dresses already?

The flowers and all the other things can be changed. The only thing that would be an issue is the dresses.

exactly, and she's backing out - she wasn't asked to leave, so she's responsible for that. You don't have to fill their spots if you don't want to.

as long as their is no dress or bridal party gifts already purchased I would leave it alone. You can always tell your florist to take those things off at any time - plus thats extra money in your budget. ( not much but still more then you had!)

It actually works out that you are loosing 1 & 1.
I know, its rough that your friends can't be there, but the flowers aren't a big deal, since you have some time.
If she bought & alredy paid for the dress, than that's up to her. She can use it, sell it, whatever. If you replaced her, you'd have to rush a dress, or get someone that fit into hers.

I wouldn't replace them. And, see if your florist will drop the bouquet and bout.
If (s)he still wants the $ for those items, see if you can get something else instead. Maybe upgrade your ceremony pieces, or get extra flowers for your placecard table.
Sorry that it happened but it isnt necessary to replace them because its an even number but if you want to, then do it.

I'm just surprised that a florist would even give her a hard time over this - the wedding isn't for another 4 months! It's not like the florist has already ordered the flowers! Please, my numbers have been all over the place with my flowers, and my florist (whom I met with yesterday and is STILL the bomb-diggety) just smiles and says no problem.
I'm sorry that the BM and GM aren't coming though - it's a shame. If you want to replace them, go ahead (unless the dresses have been ordered, then that might be a problem), but you don't have to.
(Edited to change number of months, looked at wrong date, BUT STILL)

Exactly. Speak with John (Flower Michele) - it really shouldn't be a problem. You can make changes up to 2 weeks before your wedding date...at that time, he orders the flowers and there's no going back.

Re: BM is now not coming to the wedding.
I haven't said anything to my florist yet, i just didn't know if it would be a problem. I am thinking of just leaving the BP as is and not inclueding anyone else. I am just so upset that they can't be in the wedding. They are really good friends of mine and my FH. Thanks for all of your advice.
