Ok, I have 4 girls in my wedding and that includes my maid of honor who is my sister. Now the other 3 girls are good friends. However, my one BM has not answered any of my calls and maybe returned 3 of my messages I have left her. My bridal shower is a surprise and all I know is that this BM has not even contributed or asked if she could help with anything! I'm so mad b/c the other girls are busting their humps to make this shower a great for me and this girl is ruining it. I do not know what to do anymore about her. She told my sister she will give her the money for her part, but no one has heard boo from her. What do I do? I'm upset and angry at the same time. These poor girls all work hard and are spending a lot and I feel horrible to give credit where credit isn't due. I'm all out of ideas??? Anyone?

After the shower I would talk to your bm about why she wasn't more involved and didn't help more. In my case alot of my bm's this way and as silly as it sounds they had never been a bm before and really didn't know what was expected of them.
Its really sad but true what they say.. weddings either bring out the best or the worst in people. You really will learn who your true friends are

See my first thought was just that, maybe it ws her first wedding she was in, but she was in her brother's and another one of her friends. I will ask her after teh shower. Thanks!
