don't pick it up for her ... let them bother her with calls .... if she tells them she doesn't want it anymore, they can't charge her anymore (i'm assuming!) ... they'll just take the loss (and probably use her dress as a sample or something).

sorry you have drama to deal with ....

ETA: if you pick up her dress, it might cause even more drama because she might want and she did pay for it, after all. that's stealing, in a way.

You didn't tell the story. But I would think about ending a friendship very carefully...especially if she was someone so close to you that you made her bridesmaid. Everyone makes mistakes and everyone deserves a second chance.
