from my experience, they ran BIGGER than their size was meassured...

2 of my BM's were measured BY the store, in BIGGER sizes than the sample (which was a 12) and the store said they measured to a 14, BUT the sample FIT them, so they all got the 12 , so I assume they run big... (or maybe it was just my sample?, who knows?)

you said she is tall & long.. EVery women carry different.. SOme tall & long girls have really small bellies and u can't tell they they are prego.. u never know..

that's a hard decision

You never know after pregnancy... some women snap back quickly and some don't. Prior ability to lose weight is no indication.

Can you call the bridal shop and see if there is anything they can do for you? Maybe they can work something out with the manufacturers if you explain the situation.

One of my girls will be 8.5 months pregnant, we ordered her a 12 and they said that they could order additional fabric to create a 'maternity panel'. They also said that the fabric comes in pretty fast so if they find out it doesn't fit it shouldn't take to long to get the fabric in and make a panel.
