BMs leaving RH

Another one bites the dust at my rh. Is this normal?

Oh no! Is it a pattern there? I'm fortunate, at my RH you deal directly with the owners.

Technically at my RH no one is assigned a BM. Any BM can help you and according to them they do not work on commission (i think that's BS). I'm not worried at all at how my wedding will be, I know it will be great--Just seems so crazy that their turn around is so often. Just so thankful that I got all the little extras in my contract!
I was told this is the nature of the business but I really dont think it is.

are you booked at the woodlands? When I was reading reviews, it seemed like the BMs leaving was a common trend. I booked there and didn't really think my BM was going to leave since she mentioned something about working there for 5 years already. I booked in early Sept and not even 2 months later, I emailed to ask her something and she had already left (she didn't leave the company entirely, she just moved to another location, but still, I won't be working with her regardless).

I got a letter today from my RH saying my BM is no longer there. I don't know why but I got panicky.

Do you think it really makes a difference though?

At least you got a letter!!! The Woodlands never even notified us when Nicole left (moved to a different location)!!!

Yeah no one contacted me either. This is the second bm that has left. I found out because I called with a random question. Not too woried, more annoyed. I'm booked at villa lombardis.

yeah the BM i dealt with left, i have no clue who i will be dealing with when it comes time to pick my menu! im sure you will be fine though

Ugh, I read this post yesterday and it reminded me to call my BM about a question I had and when I called I found out that mine left too!

This happened to us. I'm on my third right now. I loved the first one, didnt really like the second one and love the 3rd. But I thought that it was a bit strange that in the course of 6 months there would be such a turnover, but I was also told it is the nature of the industry. And i'm happy with who I have now.
