I will be giving them the option as well...most of them will probably want to get it done anyway! I am planning on having someone come to the house, so we can all relax and get ready together.

I want all my girls to get their hair done. A couple of my girls (mtdr1106) being one of them does her makeup awesome, so I don't care if they do it themselves.

I am letting them choose if they want to do it with who I am using.

I don't think I will be paying as part of their gift, it is not personal enough for me.
