Ok. Let me just tell you that the majority of the restaurants in Aruba specialize in Beef and Fish. That being said, I whipped out the Menu book my mom brought home from her trip 2 weeks ago. Under the Vegetarian category, the following restaurants are there... Amazonia Churrascaria- looks like there is a huge salad bar (doesn't sound too great) Avallone's -looks like a nice minestrone, fresh pasta, etc. Taj Mahal Restaurant- Indian cuisine, but there is a whole section for Vegetarian and some nice rice dishes. Villa Germania - German restaurant, with a dedicated vegetarian section on the menu, featuring Tofu Schnitzel and Veggie Schnitzel. Some great Italian restaurants are Caffe Baci in your hotel (Wyndham), they have pizzas and pasta (we eat here every trip at least once) and Sole Mare, also excellent. Then there is Iguana Joe's in town, for Aruban, Carribean and Mexican type food. Nachos, Fajita's etc. There is a really romantic restaurant called the Flying Fishbone, where you eat on the beach at sunset, but I don't know what kind of food they have. Also, the Ruinas del Mar at the Hyatt is very romantic too, and it seems as though there are some vegetarian options on the menu as well. I hope this has helped you some. Let me know if you need anything else!

Hey, no problem. Like I said, if you ever want any other info, feel free to email me, Aruba is one of my favorite topics. There is so much to do, or nothing to do. Whatever you want. I highly recommend the Kuku Kunuku bus and the jeep tour, though. But don't do them in the same day you will die. Have a great time, and see you on the boards!Welcome New Vendors
