I just read your post in response to the Tux Rental question and I am so sorry to hear about the problems you had. I just booked Mens Warehouse for our tuxes last weekend. Could you tell me at what location you had that horrible experience? I am getting nervous that we made a bad decision. Thanks!

we originated our order at the Oceanside store, but my brother picked up his tux in a store in Manhattan and it was wrong...my hubby's grandfather and 1 groomsman got measured at the smithhaven store (the one way out east, I think that's the town), and the store screwed up, so both of them had to get refitted. And when my hubby realized the tuxs and shoes were screwed up, he went to the store in Huntington, where they told him there was nothing they could do for him. Basically, every store we dealt with screwed up, is what I am trying to get at. I would not use them....they do not know what they are doing. My hubby called today to complain, and we are waiting for a callback to see what they are going to do for us.
