silly question, does it cost extra $$ to have those silk wrappings on your bo-k's or is your florist supposed to use them?

yeah my florist told me that's the only way he does it, unless I sign a release saying I won't hold him accountable if my dress gets ruined from the open stems. So wrapped they will be.
