'Bodily' preparations
Just wondering what 'bodily' preparations you're all doing for the wedding?Of course, everyone wants to drop a few pounds but I never realized the things I would do to look good for the wedding!
I was long overdue for a dental visit and wound up having three of my front teeth drilled down to nubs and metal/porcelin crowns put on. They look amazing but the frequent visits and pain were a trial to go through.
My ears weren't pierced either so I got that done a few weeks ago. I'm glad I did and it didn't hurt at all.
I think my eyebrows look pretty good, doing them myself. I was considering waxing but I'm afraid that I'll wind up with teeny tiny lines and have to draw them in!
I'm afraid to have a bikini wax done because my skin has reacted to it badly in the past. Maybe I should do it now so I can figure out how long it takes to 'recouperate'! Can anyone recommend someone good in Nassau?
Lastly, I'm having the hair/makeup girl color my hair so it's lighter for the wedding and of course a manicure and pedicure.
What are you all doing to yourselves?

Re: 'Bodily' preparations
Manicure and pedicure are essential! I also want to start tanning but I've never been before so I'm scared.
Continue to get my eyebrows threaded, maybe facial and massage (two more things I've never done but there's no time like a wedding to try new things right??). Also, teeth whitening and of course losing weight. Wish it would come off faster!

Re: 'Bodily' preparations
I have always had regular manicures/pedicures, but I get them done even more often now. I've been tanning for two months, taking good care of my skin (facials, etc.), working out, eating well, teeth whitening.

Re: 'Bodily' preparations
I've been wearing braces since Sept 2004 so that I can have nice straight teeth. I'm whitening them after the metalwork comes off. Mani, pedi are going to be a must.
