Does anyone recommend any particular body pillow?

I got the one for $10 at Bed Bath & Beyond - it was great.

Same here... I just got a basic one, but it really helps! Especially when you start getting bigger!!!

I got the maternity one from babies r us for $40. It is curved like a 'C' so it cradles your body. I complained about sleep (or lack of it) before I got the pillow. Once I got it I was so much more comfortable at night. DH says it's like having a 3rd person in the bed.
