BODY ROCK DJ QUESTION - Frank Sinatra singer

Hi Girls!

OK - so I booked Body Rock DJ for my wedding and have the plasma screens and the full inteligent lighting show...

When we were there they had this Frank Sinatra impersonator singer guy... Anyway - my mom just called and said we should look into doing this... I am a little unsure of it.. I don't want to cut into the reception by having a Frank Sinatra show. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Frank, but I am not sure if anyone else will.. Is anyone doing this or have been to a wedding where this has been done? Any feedback would be appreciated! Thanks!!!!

My dad hired a Cher impersonator for our wedding (as a surprise) and everyone loved her. She performed for about a 1/2 hour during dinner.

It doesn't have to be an all out show, you could just have him perform a few songs as Frank in lieu of playing Frank singing those songs. There's about a 10 minute block of Sinatra on my video with people just dancing.

One of my friends hired a female singer to sing some songs during the dinner hour..I think she sang about 5 tunes and it was very laid back. The crowd loved it.

If your mom really wants it, have him sing during dinner... you would probably be playing light music during dinner anyway.

We are going to have a singer too but just during dinner so there will still be plenty of time for dancing.
