Has anyone had a bodywave done to their hair? I am thinking about it b/c my hair is very straight and I want curls!!! Do women still get bodywaves?

DONT DO IT! Thats what i thought too and i got one...it's basically like a perm. Im not thrilled with mine and i miss my straight hair. I was picturing nice loose waves ...not waht i got. If you really want to do it be sure that your hair dresser knows what you are picturing and research it A LOT before you do it. I regreat it and miss my straight hair (oh, i already said that...i guess you can tell how much i miss it!)
ps...i definitely wouldnt do it before your wedding..it's too drastic of a change. they can always curl it for you the day of
sorry to be so dramatic, but i dont want someone to make the same mistake i did and feel bad about it especially when you're wedding hasnt happened yet!
