Boogie has a problem...question PLEASE

Ok, so my puppy, Boogie, has what appears to be a blood shot on, ya know some blood in the eye a little cloudy. We noticed it last night, he was acting fine...so we didnt stress it, today he still has it, is also acting fine... BUT I am worried. I called the vet earlier, they were not in. Anyone a vet? Have had this happen? Have an idea as to what it can be?
