I really enjoy Marian Keyes, Jane Green, Sophie Kinsella and Anna Maxted's books.

yes, emily giffen also wrote 'baby proof'. 'sweet ruin' by cathi hanauer was a good read. i just got 'cocktails for three' which is by madeline wickam (she apparantly previously wrote under the name of sophie kinsella) and jennifer weiner is good... 'good in bed', 'in her shoes', 'little earthquakes' and 'goodnight nobody'. good in bed and little earthquakes were my favorites.
