So who has booked photographer yet? I have been looking and getting prices and so far Duet looks the best. I have a showcase at Flowerfield at the end of January and not sure if I should wait till then. I have already got prices for two of photographers that will be there and they don't compare to Duet. Is it too soon? I feel like I am getting so many things done so soon.

I am using Imagine Studios...i thikn they are a house vendor at Flowerfields and Lands End...they are wonderful...their pictures are simply stunning...we booked them right away. Practically on the spot!

I booked my photog already. It seems (and a lot of vendors have told me this) that 09 is booking early.

I LOVED Imagine but they were very pricey. Their work is beauitful! Duet gave the same amount and it was 2400 cheaper! It was between those too, I just can't afford them.

I know...we can't really afford them either lol...but this is the only vendor we are really splurging on...I just loved their work...i couldnt picture anyone else at our wedding...lia is awesome...but i have heard excellent things about duet! I say call ASAP because I know they were booked for a few girls who tried to get them for 09..good luck!

I booked The Velvet Studio. Bob was easy to work with and worked within our budget. We got A LOT for our money....Plus, I love his work!

I booked with Leli....Gary is wonderful...my package was just under $5000 but I wanted the most expensive albums...and I got a few of them for family members.
I don't think the photog is too soon to book....the only thing I have done is my RH and photog.... I am waiting for everything else. I will not start dress shopping and all that other stuff until the year of my wedding. The photog was just really important to me so that is why I booked so early...but this site makes you feel like you are so behind because so many girls have everything done already....for me, I don't want a lot of it done so soon because I want to have things to do the year of my wedding.

I am probably booking by the end of Jan - I have two people in mind I just can't decide btwn them - I reallllly wanted AG but she isn't booking 09 until late March and I'm not sure if I should wait that long in case one of these 2 book before then - yikes!

I already booked photo and video with Leli Photography. We did our E-pics already too. I love them. I can't wait to see my wedding pics! I booked most of my vendors already because I'm getting married on a holiday weekend.

i am using that house photog for the meadow club, she was really nice the name of the company is vivid photo/video and they are really cheap too if you want info on the just FM me and ill let you know

I booked Duet already too. I knew I was booking them before I even went to their office. As a matter of fact, I called and asked how much the deposit would be before I went and brought it that day.
