Everything the day of. You won't have to worry about anything. Elaine is gonna take all my contracts about 2 weeks before and she will be the contact person for the vendors. I won't have to worry about anything. She also draws up the timing sheet so you know when something is gonna happen and at what time. She helps you stay on time for everything. I know I am forgetting a lot. When I think of more I will let you know.
