YaY!!! Thats so great! When I booked the eparty I had about 4 months to plan...so the first thing that I did was get invitation the week after. We also started to gather addresses. Then we bought the favors...I would suggest getting all of your materials as soon as possible because time creeps up on you and you dont want to be stuck doing things at the last minute. Then you have to find a dress and think about centerpieces and decorations

Congrats on booking for your e-party! I wish I could give you advice on what to do next- but I didn't have an e-party (still hoping I can though!!) Maybe think about centerpieces, favors, send out invites, and find a good caterer?

Ok so you have one thing off of your list...I bought measuring spoons that had really cute saying on them like a heap of kindness and a pinch of love...they were cute and were about $1.75 each which I thought was reasonable. If I could offer a piece of advice I would hold off on asking the bp...Just today actually one of my bms dropped out of the wedding. I had told the girls that I wanted but I should have waited to avoid problems. Centerpiece wise...I would get somthing simple I was thinking about getting a fish and put it in the center of the table or you can go to michaels and get fake flowers and put them in a nice vase with some of those colored marbles at the bottom.

How exciting! I think Im having one in July in my backyard so I better get my things rolling. I would book a Dj (if your having one) and then maybe get a list of people you want to invite and get ideas for favors

Re: Booked EPARTY!!!!!
My party is on may 31! less than two weeks!!
First thing we did was the favors, we got shot glasses from discountmugs.com that say 'lou and marisa are taking a shot at marriage' and has a heart with an arrow thru it. We ordered 120 and they sent us 144!! We are filling them with some candy and putting them in organza bags.
For centerpieces we went to ac moore and bought glass cylindersand floating candles. then from save-on-crafts.com we got mirrors and clear glass rocks that are in the shape of hearts. and ordered led submersibles from ebay. So they will be the cylinder on the mirror with the submersible covred by the rocks at the bottom and filled with water and the candle on the top, ill post pictures after the party.
all of that was under $450 and its for a total of 12 tables and 120 guests.
the save on crafts site it awesome, but be careful with shipping, the cylinders were cheaper on the site but the shipping was crazy so it ended up cheaper in the store.

Re: Booked EPARTY!!!!!
Congrats!! I know you were having a tough time finding a place so thats awesome!!
I got my favors at notjustweddingfavors.com The woman was great. She even delievered my favors to Commack. Shes from deer park so I didn't have to pay for shipping.
As for centerpieces, I am doing potted flowers. And then everyone can take one home.
Do you have to bring in your own caterer???
Good Luck!!
