I just wanted to let you girls know that i met with Katharine Saxton who is on the LIW vendor list. She is amazing, she played for me and it was beautiful... i booked her right on the spot. and best of all her prices are great!

Katharine Saxton is THE WORST!! My friend had the toughest time booking her. She has no personality, she is expensive and she is unwilling to negotiate prices and times...book at you own risk.

everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I found the booking process to be very smoothe and she was very sweet. I also checked out a few other people and Katherine's prices were alot cheaper then the rest.

My daughter is having Katharine Saxton play during the cocktail hour at her wedding next week-end. She is very talented, was easy to book and very professional. She was also recommended highly by the reception hall manager . Sorry that your friend had a bad experience.

I spoke to her and found her to be very pleasant. She is also chaeper than another harpist I checked out. I am not using her though because her rate is still more than I wanted to pay. So I going with a violinist instead. Good luch let me know how it goes.

Your nasty. You really should think about wording your replies in a different way. She was excited about booking this vendor and you bad-mouth her like that? Not nice!

This was not directed towards any brides. We are all here to share ideas and our experiences not to call each other 'rude' or 'nasty'. My note is not meant to offend ANYONE. I am simply sharing her experience.
We're all here to learn from each other as we plan our weddings. There are vendors that are not reliable, reasonable, and fair and there are those that ARE. You may have had a great experience but she did not. Everyone is free to share their experience to help warn other brides if they ran into a problem.
