Booking a vendor without meeting with them in person?

The last vendor I need to book is limos. I only need pick-up/drop-off service from my house to the venue. I considered the option of having a car pick-up FH and I at the end of the night and POSSIBLY booking an airport transfer car for our honeymoon. I'm just wondering if anyone can suggest a limo company? Also, curious as to if anyone has ever booked with a vendor without meeting with them in person? TIA

We booked Camelot on reviews and family experience alone. You can't go wrong with them. As far as other vendors, it would depend. There aren't many vendors I would want to boo without meeting them first. But if you do, be sure to check reviews and references.

I am booked with Camelot as well. They were easy to work with and reasonable. As for booking vendors, the only vendor we actually met with in person was the reception hall. Everything else was over the phone, on Skype or via email. I did extensive research online and got plenty of good recommendations from people who have worked with them in the past. Everyone has been great and I have not had a single issue so far!

I booked Cruise Control & Sir Oliver for our limos, I basically just called them up and set our date...both were great.
