For those who have used La Rosa Cubana for cigar rollers, how far in advance did you book and sign the contract? I have been speaking to them and their price is fine, and from the reviews I have seen they seem great. I'm just a little nervous that I'm going to book them a year + in advance and they will forget to come on my actual day. Should I just book, keep the contact and call them a month before the wedding?
Thanks!

Re: Booking far in advance?
I think they only require a. $100 deposit to book so I would go ahead with it and then just confirm as the time gets closer

Re: Booking far in advance?
I wouldn't be too worried if they are a reputable company. I booked a bag piper 1 1/2 years out and I just emailed him to follow up and he still has me in his book. Just keep open communication and you'll be fine.
