Is it too early to begin inquiring about Blocked rooms and honeymoon suite?
I may also need a room the night before, I just have NO IDEA where to look.

It's never too early!!
I'm getting married a week after you and have already blocked my rooms as well as bridal suite.. we did this about a month ago.. we blocked at the Four Points Sheraton in Plainview
Not sure how far ahead they do it but you can always call and ask!

Re: Booking Hotel
Most hotels allow you to block a year in advance. I've already done mine

Definitely not too early! We booked ours about 13 months out. Good luck!

Re: Booking Hotel
I think about 9-12 months before is a good time to do it!

Re: Booking Hotel
Yikes, you girls are scarring me, I haven't blocked anything yet and have no idea how it works! I know we have some OOT guests, but I don't know exactly how many. How does it work when you block rooms? What if I block more than get booked, do I have to pay some sort of penalty, or -god forbid- for the whole room??? I better get on this LOL!

Re: Booking Hotel
I already blocked my rooms with Marriott. Check out the places closest to the RH and hopefully they will offer a free shuttle service for your guests. Sometimes your RH will have a list of places you can check out.
