Booking my photographer tonight!!!

Very excited!!! I love having the feeling of checking things off of my to do list!!

Very exciting- Decided to go with Joe Sanfilippo - here is his blog www.joesanphoto.com check him out. I met with quite a few photographers and got pricing from them, so the decision was very difficult for us. I decide dto take price out of the question and go with whoevers work I absolutely loved and who I felt I got along good with, I have a big photo budget so it made it easy not to settle on anyone..

Now that photos are off my list - Im still really tossed up over the DJ or band.. my fiance wants a band, because he prefers live music since he is a musician himself, but im still thinking the west sayvillle cc may be a little cramped for a band.. I hope i mad ethe right choice with west sayville... i hope its not cramped...

Deed is done! Photos are booked!!! Im so excited!!!!

Tonight really dawned on me- this is going to be the best night of my life!! Thats the way my photographer put it and he is 100% right!! Im totally looking forward to my wedding mor ethan ever now that im getting things accomplished!!

You must have been the meeting he had before us! Thats crazy- small world!

from what a few brides told me Joe was awesome to work with, I actually requested references , and got excellent responses from the brides i contacted.. very happy with my decision!

now that the photos are done I REALLY need to get a band figured out.. or DJ.. ugggggh

Glad to hear it all worked out! Did Joe remember us? I wonder if he knows I use the pic he took of me as my avatar on here. I imagine it can't be bad for publicity for him!

sandra - I actually forgot to mention your name, we were chatting it up about the wedding and signing the contract.. Im sure he would love to know that you are using his photo for your avatar!
