Booking RH Questions...

hi all~! i'm trying to make appts to go see RHs this weekend...does anyone know how long each appointment usually takes/ i'd like to see more than one place and don't know how long each appt usually takes so i know how much time i need between appts. also, anyone know of venues that cater to smaller weddings? places i've been calling are saying they require a 100 persoin min~!

hi! before we went to see RH's i called around and asked about the minimum and asked if we needed appointments. most places just said to stop by so that's what we did! we only saw a couple each time we went out because i found it very overwhelming! we didn't look at too many places because we knew we wanted the swan club when we saw it. i would definitely say to check them out.....our wedding only had 76 ppl and they had no problems with that! we got top notch service! i would say that each appointment will at least take an hour. HTH! have fun!

Thanks!! i left about 1.5 hours between the 1st catering hall and the second but i'll push back the 2nd now so i have enough time to travel there. also for Swan Club, it is nice! unfortunately my FH's BIL's brother (LoL) had his wedding there so i'd prefer to find a different place.

since i'm looking for jan/feb, i'm hoping some places can be more flexible with the headcount!
