I am booking my e-party this week and I am SO excited/nervous/happy about it!!!
So, i want to make my own centerpieces for the wedding and I want to have candles involved somehow because the restaurant manager told me that it would add a nice ambiance. Does anyone have any pictures or websites that i can look at for ideas??
THANKS!

Re: BOOKING THIS WEEK!!
For my e-party I found these glass hearts that were pretty deep (found them in a dollar store!) and I got fake rose petals and I put them in the bottom of the bowl then filled with water. The I found these really pretty candles that were in the shape of flowers and so I got them in pink red and white. Just to give you an idea!
Bu the way CONGRATS!

I know of one by me in Nassau, in Elmont. I know there are others but, not sure where. I just stombled upon it one day and I keep going back. I am making 5-6 different CPs, theyll only be 2 of each. If you need any help let me know Some will have flowers as well. I heard it is cheaper to by all your glassware and give it to the florist.

Aww thanks so much!!!
FH actually used to work for a florist so we are going to get flowers at cost from him and put them together that way. I'm REALLY liking the idea of the floating candles with the rose petals inside--that looks so pretty and romantic!!
The restaurant actually has really tall ceilings so having something tall on the table might work even better!!

I second that comment about the Dollar Tree. We found out they're opening on in College Point near my parents house... my mom and I were high fiving each other! They have everything you could possibly ever want for $1

I love the store!!! It is good for so much stuff. Me being a preschool teacher I get some good deals for the kids as well. I got lots of vases for $1, medium sized pillar candles, etc..... Even their drinkware is good. They have these huge beer mug, nice and thick, that I was thinking of putting the groomsmen gifts inside of those.
