Boomer went to Kittie Heaven

Last week I posted a picture of my cat, Boomer. He had a cone around his neck and a very sad look on his face. He had an abscess removed and we all thought he'd be fine once the cone came off and the drain was removed. we found out on sunday, may 29th that boomer had Leukemia. he stopped eating on tuesday (monday wasn't so great, but he was ok.) and we took him to the vet to see whats what. so the vet said the most important thing is he has to eat, whatever he wants. but, when we got home, he drank a little, but ate nothing. so we called the vet who told us the best thing, the most humane thing, is to put him to sleep. the HARDEST thing i have ever had to do. me, my dad and my brother were all crying. i'm attaching a picture of him as how i want to remember him.

Awww! My cat died the same way a couple months ago. I just couldn't put him to sleep, so he slowly deteriorated and did not eat for about 2 months until he passed away. There's no easy way to end. I'll be thinking of you and Boomer!
