Boot Camp........
OMG I just have to say so I joined this boot camp yesaturday and had my first session. SO i am doing this for 8 weeks 3 times a week.
Let me just give u all a little background. I am an athlete and have been playing hardcore soccer for 25 years. I was in the 2004 Olympics.
Now that being said I have NEVER had a workout like this in my life. It was amazing a gruesome (spelling) at the same time. There was one drill instructor and he was no joke. THere is an indoor obsticle course in which he works us thu no stop. We had a 10 second water break and he literally counted down the 10 seconds. Thats it. Nonstop hour other than that. I was soaked when I left yesturday. We had to run, do push ups. When someone was off count or fell down we all had to start over. WE had to run over hurdles climb walls do sprints, endless push up sit ups. Squats climbers and tons more. I was and am exhausted.
Today I am so sore i couldnt even lift up my arms to wash my hair.
So with all that being said I f I dont get the body I desire with this work out for 8 weeks I dont know what will. I already recommend this boot camp to all u girls looking to slim down and tighten up..
