Is anyone having/had both parents walk you down the aisle? I'm wonder how we're all going to fit!

I thought about that when it came to my FH and me walking up the aisle. My dress is so poofy I wonder how we'll make it.

I am I am! Telling them to go on the South Beach Just kidding, we are having it at the reception place so they will just make the walkway area larger by putting the chairs further apart. Pews are pretty far apart, right?

I was also thinking about having both walk me down the aisle...but I also thought of something else...
Since we are having a destination wedding, we don't want b-mades or groomsmen because they already have to spend a fortune to visit us. Maybe my Mom can be my MOH?

I'm definitely having both of my parents walk me down the aisle. If there's not enough room, we'll figure something out.

I had both my parents walk me own the aisle. It was one of the best choices I made.

I can't imagine not having both of my parents walk with me! I love both of them so much!!!Only locked arms for me! I'll be so nervous that I'll need them both to hold me up!

I think that the father 'escorts' (with a locked arm) and the mother just walks beside. could be wrong though....

Both parents are walking me down the aisle - it is pretty wide.

That is the Jewish tradition. My FH is being walked down by both his parents. If my father were alive I would be walked down by mom and dad. Instead, I am being walked down the aisle by my mom.

I didn't have both parents but did have my dad & my 22 year old daughter

They put their arms through mine and my daughter stepped on my dress about 3 times.

I didn't really even think about it, but now that I am thinking about it, it seems like a good idea. Either that, or when my mom walks down, both my brothers are going to walk her down, since their both going to be groomsmen.
