Bottle stopper favors

I remember seeing something about a company that did favors. I think it was World Class Stationery and Gifts. Did anybody have any experience with them if so are they resonable. I was looking for bottle stoppers and I think that was what someone else was doing. Help. I'm looking for inexpensive favors that I don't have to do myself. And not a picture frame.

it is a really cool item that you are supposed to extinguish candles with it is like a bell top that goes on the flame...hard to describe

i also thought of putting them with candles so people would know what to do with them. But I figured they are like dust collectors. I don't know.
