one day we will look back on this and be in shock that there was once that few of us

yep, by 2012 we will be archived but then we will be handing out the advice to all the new girls, and scratching our heads at the new fads and dramas lol

I think that poll thing someone mentioned is a good idea; start it with like 5 or 6 people in each level, then take the highest voted level and break that out into the individuals. That way no one is put on the spot by giving a name.
