Boudoir Photography - Yes or No?

Original post by OctBride11

Ladies,

Are you doing this yes or no?

I was thinking about it, but I am just not sure!

I am doing them in April. They are very expensive though. I'm saving my money so that I can pay for it.

I personally think it's kinda creepy to be naked (or nearly) and to have a stranger take pictures of you.

Won't be doing it.

I'd love to do it but with buying a house and paying for the wedding ourselves, I can't justify spending the money right now.

No. FH told me to 'Save our money and just buy him a playboy'.

How much do they usually cost?

its depends who you book.... my session is $225 for photo & makeup but I think Jenerations starts at $400+ but she includes sooo much for the price now..

Go to Vendors --> Boudoir Photography

Yes - I'll be taking mine sometime at the end of feb/beginning of March with my friend who did our e-pics. I will be giving FH an album as part of his gift.

Although FH and I will be the only ones that see these (and yes, sorry girls, I will not be posting any online), I like the idea of being able to do this not only for FH but for myself. I want to be able to look back at these pictures and be proud of how I looked and the guts it took to do something like that.

I have an appointment but I may cancel it! I don't think FH is really into it. I think he'd rather spend the money on something else!

I'm doing it!!

Yea they are alil expensive but I signed up with Tease by CeCi's Vday special (which includes hair, makeup, & hotel - the cheapest photographer/special I've found). I figure, once I start popping out some kids I'm never gonna look like this again haha & thought it'd make a nice wedding gift for FH to look back and reflect on lol.
