Bought a house this weekend.

I am so excited. We sold our house in Selden, and this weekend we bought a house in Merrick ! I am so happy. I grew up in Bellmore, and a lot of my family and friends are still in that area. I can't wait to get back there. The house is awesome. Hi ranch, all hardwood floors, high hats, in ground sprinklers, new 2.5 baths, newer kitchen, beautiful yard, cedar closet, really needs minimal work. I could ramble on about it all day

You sound really excited.
How's the foundation? How are the rafters? Any termite damage? Any faulty wiring? Any boiler problems? These are important questions that you should have answered before you close.

Thanks everyone. It is just north of Sunrise, south of Camp Ave off of Merrick Rd. We have an engineer coming tomorrow to check everything out. Its 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, lr/dr, eat in kitchen. The yard is beautiful, it looks like a park. All hardwood floors, hi-hats, 2 cedar closets, igs, alarm. Bathrooms and kitchen have all been redone in the last 3 years.
The closing is on or about 1/15, so we will have to wait until the spring/summer for that bbq
