Bought our first Wedding 'item' :) Mickey Mouse Ears

So as all of you know I am planning a Disney Themed wedding with Mickey and Minnie!!! I am OBSESSED with Disney world and of course I would love to get married in Disney but finances are not permitting that right now... So my FW and I decided to wear Mickey Mouse ears during our reception. Of course everyone asked if we were getting married in them I said no... but deep down I want to haha I don't know hey it would save on buying a veil! Also my FW is on the butch side and she is wearing a white suite and not a dress. My mom said that she should have gotten the groom mickey ears! Um NO she is not a guy lol she is going to take the tiara off and the veil part of it and just wear the white ears. (see picture below) I am so excited I screamed like a kid on Christmas :) The picture does not do the ears justice! (This adorable Personalized Rhinestone Bride Minnie Mouse Ear Hat celebrates the big day in a fanciful hat studded with rhinestones and topped with a shimmering tiara and sparkling veil.)

Next stop going to hopefully our RH tomorrow to book our wedding date!!! FINALLY things are coming along!

I LOVE IT!@ and you know what you can do ..just a though ..on your cake you can put a hidden mickey ....so really make it fun for everyone and have the DJ say something ...

Yay for Disney themed wedding!!! Love the ears!!!

My sister just brought FH and I the Mickey/Minnie Wedding ears with our married names stitched on the back for our engagement party! We plan on having them at the reception to wear toward the end of the night (probably during and after the cake cutting).

My theme is 'Wishes' aka the Magic Kingdom Fireworks show, which I'm focusing more on the fireworks part of that, but we are bringing in some Disney elements.

yay disney!! that's where we got engaged!

That's so cute!! We have a band but maybe we can play that on an ipod while the party is wrapping up!! I was considering that or Fantasmic Exit music, since it's just so fun. hehe

We also got engaged in Disney in front of the castle :) my whole theme is Mickey and Minnie I am obsessed with Mickey mouse even my dogs name is Mickey haha!!! I plan on wearing mine the while reception but that can change I wear them every day we are in Disney world!!
