so my FH always tells me how he thinks flowers in the hair is soooooo sexy and i think he is hinting that i should wear a flower in my hair for the wedding - i told him that if we were getting married in the summer i would but im not going to because its winter....so yesterday i was reading some brides reviews and camerakrazie had a link to a site that sells fake flowers to wear in your hair (she wore one and it looked great) - so i bought one if it matches my flowers and if i dont wear any hair jewelry or a headpiece i might be able to stick behind my ear or something - i got the burgundy one since my flowers will be black magics and really dark callas....i figure i could always put it in during the reception after my veil comes off or something and if it doesnt look good for the wedding i am sure i can wear it another time or wear it when we go out on our honeymoon or something
go for it- i think it will look really nice in your hair! the color you picked is perfect.....

I love the look of flowers in the hair... I agree. I would only do it if it was a summer wedding.. But you know what... there are flowers year round.. so what the He ll.. Go for it.. I think it looks really pretty

Nicole, why don't you put a calla in your hair so it DOES match perfectly? Or a black magic rose, would look very nice. Like Megan said, there are flowers blooming year round ... doesn't have to be a summer thing, even though the look may be more of a summer look. You can probably make it look wintery - your florist I am sure could come up with something!
Just an option if the fake one doesn't look the way you want it to ....

i figure if im wearing my hair all to one side i can def use it - just not sure if it will match with everything - i do know that FH will love it and i want to surprise him since i know he's been hinting that i should wear one

i was thinking of that - just not sure how a real flower would hold up all day being in my hair - i wouldnt want it to wilt or fall out
