Can anybody suggest a good bouncy seat or infant seat? I really don't like the kick n play and am returning it. It's just too many bells and whistles for me, and if the baby winds up to be colicky, the doctor suggested nothing over the top in stimulation for right now. But I need something she can be transported in to the bathroom, laundry room, etc so I can get some things done! Any suggestions?
I have the Kick N Play Bouncy too and Jordan has never been too interested in it. I basically just use the seat part of it for her. She does LOVE the aquarium bouncy seat though. I dont know if she would have cared much for it in the first month or so, but at 4 months she loves it. I also saw a seat called a Baby Papasan. I dont think they had them a few months ago. I dont know anyone who has one, but the baby in the pic looks quite cozy.
Jenny, I had the kick & play and I just used to take the top bar off of it until Ryan was older....once he could get into it he really loved it. He did love the vibration thing though...very soothing for some reason to newborns....
We have the Aquarium bouncer... I think its Fischer Price.. ALexzander LOVED it!!!!!!!! I liked it because of the different settings. It had Water sounds as well as Lullabies... I highly recommend it! Good Luck!
I got the aquarium bouncer too, I hope my little girl loves it as well. It came highly recommended on the comparison charts.
Briana has the aquarium bouncer, and she loves it too.
I also use the Fischer Price Learning Patterns, and Rebecca absolutely LOVES it! She spends a lot of time in it, either with or without the arch. You can also change the toys on the arch for variety.
