bouquet dedication??

One of my bridemaids is getting married 2 months after me, and since I'm not 'tossing a bouquet' I'd like to instead do a quick dedication to her, since she is next in line. I feel this would be a nice way to recognize her and was wondering, has anyone seen this done? Also, if so, what is said? I was thinking the dj could say something like that, we wanted to wish them happiness on for their special day and best wishes? I can't think of anything better..any advice?

We`re going to do the anniversary dance to give away the bouquet, but we`re planning to do a special dedication to my brother and sister-in-law, who will be celebrating their 10 year anniversary here in New York preparing for our wedding! They used a really unique song for their first dance, and we`ll have Eddie play it as a special dedication to them. Do what makes you happy. This sounds like a wonderful idea. I`m sure Eddie will be able to work with you on just how to get your special message across.

We did the same thing, ironically we share the same wedding date with my husband's brother, who was a co-best man. We had the DJ ask them the come to the dance floor and they got to 're-live' their first dance..lol although this time their 3 young children were there to watch

bouquet dedication??

My MOH did this for me. The DJ announced the dedication and she came over a presented it to me and the photog took a few pics of us with the bouquet. It was unexpected and I was very touched. Actually she did it not because of us getting married but just as a special gesture between friends. It was nice.

My niece and nephew will be there to see this re-creation. She will be going on 5 and he will be going on 2. We`re not sure how long he`ll be able to last, but it will be neat for my niece.
