bouquet/garter toss

is everyone doing it?

we're thinking of just doing the bouquet toss.

We only did the bouquet toss.

Garter toss was back in the hotel room after the wedding

Didn't do either. I hate watching girls act like fools trying to catch the bouquet. When I was single I never really participated.

Nope. not here. I have never been a fan of either. We're doing an anniversary dance instead. Couple married the longest (i think it will end up being FH's grandparents) gets the bouquet.

I think it was great - i have photos of the girls going after the bouquet arms wide open practically pushing girls out of their space - priceless
and for the garter toss one of the guys got on another guys shoulders to he could catch it
it took away 5-10 minutes of dancing but the crowd def enjoyed it!

We didn't do either- we had a majority of married couples at our wedding, so instead we did the anniversary dance. It was cute seeing everyone in the dance floor like they were doing their first dance all over again. We actually used my parents wedding song for that dance
