What are you choosing for your menu? For those of you who already got married there, can you recommend anything that the guests went crazy over? I never got around to having a tasting and I picked the french cut chicken, the filet mignon, and the salmon. What do you think?

we had the grogonzola crusted steak - everyone loved that the mahi mahi was delicious- i had that (but i am not a big salmon fan)
stuffed chiiclen of some sort was very good - we had it at our tasting
the baby lamb chops were a hit at cokctail hour and the raw bar and the martini bar
