I know there's a site fee on top of the per person fee. Don't know how much though. Check the Lessings website.

My friend wanted to get married there but she said the site fee is astronomical! I don't know for sure, but I have heard that the price is crazy... beautiful place though!!!!

I think it's a $10,000 site fee and anywhere from $150-250 per person.

I got married there in September and the site fee is now $4,000.00. I fell in love with the mansion so it was worth the money to me. I am still getting compliments on the location, the atmosphere, the food and the service. It was a little more expensive than some of the other places we looked at, but in the end it was sooooo worth it!

DITTO!! We had such an amazing wedding there! It was like a dream come true for us! My Maitre D Steve and bridal attendant Nicolette were AWESOME!! I still get so many compliments on the Bourne and Lessings!

We looked there I think it was a $4,000 site fee and he wanted $159 pp but he seemed very flexible. The place is amazing and the view when you walk outside in the back is breathtaking. It was hard for us to picture having a wedding there I felt like I was in a museum, check it out though the place is nice!
