Bourne Mansion

I'm trying to get a feel for price on the Bourne Mansion. I found one post that said $120pp plus $3,500 site fee on Saturday night. Does that sound about right?

Planning long distance is such a pain in the a$$!!

The site fee is right on. It will cost you a little more per person if your wedding is in April- September.
Also, I minimum of 150 people.
