Bourne Mansion Brides?

Hi!

I am getting married at the Bourne mansion, and there have been some significant issues with service and communication. For example, our parents were initially invited to the tasting, now it's only the couple. Also, we have to choose the menu before we taste, which is frustrating. It feels like they are cutting costs and we are missing out on the service that is supposed to be provided by the "Rolls Royce of Lessings"

I have one question  - I believe that the Bourne Mansion promised to provide printed menus to us, but I can't find it in the contract - Anyone who has gotten married there - did they provide printed menus?
