Any heard any complaints regarding service issues or contract issues? I am very concerned about some information that someone disclosed to me about a wedding 3 weeks ago. It was a close family member of the bride. Yes, I called Ben and spoke to him, but he says he knows nothing of complaints with the wedding. Any input?
Not sure....what was the problem?
They forgot courses 2 to be exact. They said it was not in her contract, but she said it was. But my point is, isn't that what deciding the menu and finalizing the contract phase is for. The bride said that everything was fine at that point. This does not help with that fact that I am extremely anal to begin with an worse with my wedding!!

can you please send me the info too. I think I know of the wedding you are speaking about. Did they think the bride and groom wanted a combo salad but they wanted separate salad and app? Hum...we met with Michael Lessing the other day and they are so on top of things. I am really not worried about the service, but please let me know if I should be.

hi girls. This is my first hearing of any of this. Please, please fm me with details! But just remember EVERYWHERE will have complaints. I keep reminding myself of that!
The girls are right- there are always bad reviews about all places. What I heard came from FSIL who went to a wedding there about a month or so ago. My friend got married there last October and everything was fine, but its good to know these things now so that you can talk to the maitre'd beforehand so it wont happen to you.

But know WHAT exactly? No one filled me in. And, I still think it's a little silly to get upset over something that may or may not have happened. But now my curiosity is peaked.

Sorry, I just dissappear off this site sometimes, like I said there were some issues with contrcts and service and missed courses. I understand that all places have issues, but I really just wanted to hear from others of anything else. I just want to make a clear case of this with Ben during final contracts. When I signed my contract the menu was very scarse and limited, but Ben had promised that the menu was changing, so we signed on his word and his word that we would get the new menu. The menu did change, but it's not in my original contract. So I think we are going to get slammed with fee's. That's all. Anyone else in the same situation? What happened to this girls is me.
