Well CBS has told Janet she will not be attending or performing at the grammies. Of course alot of African Americans are in an uproar, cause young Mr. Timberlake was not banned. It does seem a bit one sided. I wasn't going to watch anyway. What do you ladies think???

Funny, I wonder if Michael Jackson would be welcome there...a child molestor! Totally dumb.
This is just a sympton of so much larger issues. Remember a child-rapist was nomiated for an Academy Award (for the Piano). We just keep hitting all time lows IMO.

i'm not watching them anyway...it is all show and little talent...when aerosmith wins for a song they didn't write over the genius of dave matthews, i tend to get a little bitter.
I hate to disagree with you on this of all issues, but there is a Loophole here - the awards are for PERFORMANCE, not songwriting, except for the songwriting awards (song of the year). Dave IS a genius, I'm not disputing that. However, for whatever crazy reasons the voters had, they voted for Aerosmith. There are also awards for sound production.
And I'm tired of boobgate (as someone else on this board called it). Enough already.
