BP entrance song

For some reason this is a difficult decision, and we cant find anything lol. I have made a bunch of suggestions even suggested 2 songs mixed together and have them do a remix with a club type beat to add to it and NO fh didnt like it hahaha, or some he liked but wasnt 100% about them. So far its the only song we cant decide on.

What is everybody else using? Like i said i would mix two songs that can go together and have them do a remix with a certain club beat

For the Stand by Me cover by Incubus, what if you download it and then copy it onto a CD. I didn't hear it yet, so I don't know how it sounds. Keep an eye out for a live CD too. I went crazy once trying to find a recording of Pearl Jam's Black covered by Aaron Lewis of Staind, and I actually found it on a Family Values Tour CD. Maybe by some chance you can find a recording of it that way too. Orrr, if you really want, maybe you can go on their website and e-mail them??

We used Groove Is In The Heart for the bp
and Vertigo by U2 for me & DH.

I've always invisioned entering to a big band tune - big trumpets and drums all kinds of horns . lol - i'd hum one for ya but.....yeah 'Type Humming' doesn't work :)

Fh shot down my ideas, i wanted something that would apply to our bp or ahhhh hard to explain what im looking for.

I stole part of jteach's idea(sorry lol) but i didnt want to copy her idea completely so i suggested 'beautiful people' by marilyn manson mixed with marilyn mansons 'dope show' song and to throw in a techno type beat to mix the two songs...i like dope show bc our bridal party would walk into a song saying 'we're all stars now in the dope show' so i tried to get fh to stay with the dope show song lol but no, maybe that helps explain what im looking for

Then i thought about SOAD but not sure

I also like 'let the bodies hit the floor'


LOVE the dope show idea! and the beautiful people!! i wanted to do bodies but FH sai that it might be to uhh loud for some of the older crowd to handle especially so early into the reception! lol sooo we picked walk this way

actually i thought just like you, but when u go for the final at the dj, he didn't even ask us for that, so i asked and he was like we use a upbeat dance techno beat.... and we dont use the words because he will be anoucing everyone come in,,, so don't stress.. and i was fine with that!!! lol

We're using Fergie's 'Here we come' for the BP. The chorus is perfect 'get ready, cuz here i come'

and I love Fergie, because her songs always make ppl want to dance.

I dunno if you are into Latin music at all... we did a DLG (Dark Latin Groove) Huey Dunbar song for our bridal party entrance. Its not a well known song here in the states but his beats are off the chain! Just thought I'd share. Maybe it is something you can incorporate into your mix or just play throughout the night.

I have changed this so many times... I wanted 'You Really Got Me' by the Kinks, FH said no. We were thinking about Supernaut by Sabbath and then I decided on 'Praise You' by Fat Boy Slim. The lyrics are very us....

OH WAIT! ARE YOU GUYS SAYING THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT SONGS? ONE FOR BRIDAL PARTY AND ONE FOR BRIDE AND GROOM? OH NO! NOW WHAT? How did I not know this :(

We are using 'DOn't Stop Beleivin' by Journey. It's one of our fave songs


This was our last song, it was was TRULY amazing...the whole crowd circled us holding hands...and we all were singing. it was QUITE A moment. Great LAST song!

My argument with that was it wont be on for very long!! it`s the matter of minutes and i don`t think that it should bother anyone. its not like u want to play it thru dinner!!!

I'm leaning toward White wedding or Don't stop till you get enough...i still don't know though

I kinda want one etiher White wedding or Fat bottom girls for the garter toss-...yea we still havent' asked the band what to play yet!

What about Start The Commotion by The Wise Guys?? The words stay 'Put the Body in Motion'..pretty good for dancing..has a nice beat...
