So far I was thinking jewelry for the girls and cuff links for the guys. The guys are harder because they've all been in a ton of weddings and proudly display their dust collecting stock of flasks, cigar holders, cigar cutters, money clips, beer steins and watches.

I know!! I have no idea what to get the guys either!

I spent over $150 on my girls, but I think it depends on the situation. My bridal party has been amazing, and I only have 3 of them, so I was able to do it without breaking the bank. But if I had 10 girls, that would be tough.
