I had to post this because a few days ago someone had gone there for a veil and witnessed some pretty awful things....it made me scared because this is one of the salons I have an appointment with in 2 weeks. (the BR in Massapequa doesn't carry the designer I want to see)...
I fell in love with this Tomasina dress but it is an 07 collection (It is in my album...first dress) and I have been having a really hard time finding places who have it....well when I called BR Carle Place the lady I made the appointment with was so nice and she said she would do her best to track it down...well she just called me to let me know that she got it and it will be waiting for me to try on!! I thought that was pretty nice and made me feel a lot better after hearing those horror stories....
Just wanted to share for those of you who bought your dress or are thinking of going there...I guess every situation is different. FINGERS CROSSED!!!!

I also had a bad experience looking for a veil there but I have a good experience in bridesmaids so I think it depends on who yet get. I really hope you have a great experience with them

There may be some unprofessional sales ppl working there, it should not apply to the company itself

I know...although if I do wind up getting the dress from there I am going to ask if I can have the dress shipped to the Massapequa location because of what I heard that they send the dresses out to be altered and someone saw a gril shoving dresses into her car!!!
I have my story all planned...Im going to ask them to ship it there and say that it is closer to my house (which is true!)

I hope it works out for you. but if they went through all that trouble of finding the dress am sure they will want to make a sale and be nice to you!

That is true....I can go with that....Kiss my a$$ sales people so I buy the dress...

I had a good experience at BR in Massapequea. I don't think they are badAT all- I guess it depends on who you deal with. good luck when you go. Have fun and remeber there are so many places out there to get your dress. Ityou hate BR there will be another Bridal store that sells your dress. Just make sure you are happy with the service even if it is the only store that carries the dress of your choice. I wnet with the bridal suite of bayshore because it is the only place that made me feel comfortable and its a hour from my house but I don't care because I love there service and it was also a plus that they had my dress. Good luck.
