Bra or no bra?

So how many of you ladies are going braless on the big day? My first fitting is in a few weeks, and now would be the time to start looking. I'm not sure how comfortable I am with the idea of going braless, but everyone is telling me too (I'm large on top) and not sure how supportive cups would be. Don't want any slips!

Bra or no bra?

i didn't wear one and it was awesome- bras are SO uncomfortable I wouldn't recommend wearing one. The dress is more supportive than you think

Bra or no bra?

I am fairly large on top (32DDD) and could never imagine going braless. I wore a long line strapless bra and was incredibly comfortable the entire night. The seamstress even put velcro along the top of the bra and the inside of the dress so the bra never moved and the dress never slid down.

Bra or no bra?

My dress has a corset back and is tightly fitted, so I don't plan to wear one. It also has a pretty deep v in the back, so I wouldn't really be able to wear one anyway. Its been a while since I've tried my dress on, and depending on how much lift it gives me, I may have some cups sewn in.

Bra or no bra?

I purchased a long strapless bra and when I went for my first fitting we found it was unnecessary. I am very busty, 42DDD but it made a world of a difference. I would suggest buying the bra and seeing which looks and feels better. I never thought I would be able to go braless but I am. Meanwhile the last wedding I was in I had the bra attached to my dress with Velcro and that felt fine too. It’s trial and error really.

Bra or no bra?

Braless but I'm small on top so I'm planning on sewing cups in to make myself look bigger lol. My dress also has a really low back so it would be hard to wear a bra.

Bra or no bra?

I'm small on top so I'm not sure of wearing a strapless or to have cup sewn in. Decisions, decisions. Lol

Bra or no bra?

I am not large on top, so I thought going braless would be fine. Asked the seamstress and she said having a bra would make you continuously be pulling up on your dress and that it is better to be braless!

Bra or no bra?

I am very big on top so I need a bra but it is a corset type and with the low back they just undo a few clips and fold it down. I need support and would not feel rich without it.

Bra or no bra?

I'm in the same boat as you, I am large on top and not convinced that cups will hold me up. I bought a strapless bra, and want to find a good long line one as well. My first fitting is in a few weeks so I will bring it all with me and see what works best.

Bra or no bra?

might sound silly, but what's a long strapless bra vs a regualar strapless? The strapless I have I absolutely love, but I can't find the nude one in my size anywhere. (30DDD is hard to find)

Bra or no bra?

I need the extra push and the extra sucking in power of a long line bra, so I am going with one. It is lacey and does not have cups, just underwire and boning. It does the job of a bra but without the added bulk or heaviness.

I went to my first fitting without anything, because I figured they sold lingerie and I could try different styles if necessary, I had no idea I would go with what I ended up with...I recommend doing the same if your shop sells undergarments! I would assume they do.
