Brain in a fog before wedding?

So I just need to hear it from other brides- is your brain in a complete fog leading up to the wedding? I feel like I can't remember a thing...there are so many, many, many things to remember ...
My wedding is less than two weeks away and I am forgetting everything despite copious lists. You too?
