Braxton hicks with back pain?

Braxton hicks with back pain?

I'm heading into week 32 and I've been having lots of braxton hicks contractions, along with some pain in my lower back. Nothing consistant though and no leaking or bleeding. Should I be worried at all?

I wouldnt worry. You may be beginning to dilate or efface or it could be the baby moving into position. At your next appointment I would mention it to your doc and he may want to check you for progress.

I figured as much, which is why I'm not panicking. I have an appointment a week from now, so I'll mention it to my doctor then. Thanks

I had that the last three weeks before I had my son... if they become more frequent you may be going into labor, but I wouldnt stress about it!!! Congrats!!

I'm 35 weeks and having the same thing... it's very irregular though, so I know it's not labor... my doc checks me for progress now (internals S UCK!) and so far nothing but we are almost there so hang in!!

I am 37 weeks and I have been having contractions as well. But nothing on a reg basis. I am 1 cm and 50% efaced so I am keeping my fingers crossed it is almost over

ITs nothin to stress about but at the next visit I would mention it to the doctor so he /she can check to see how far along you are if your efaces or dialating at all.
